Right from the start, we knew we wanted to create a beautiful space in the historic district of downtown Everett. We preserved the original 100-year-old brick walls and enhanced the wood rafters to bring out their natural beauty, all while incorporating the most cutting-edge technology that one could expect to find in a modern workspace.
We exist for people and the community, we exist – for you. In reality, people need to be able to craft their work in ways that give them purpose and meaning. We enable more connections and interactions and increase productivity and innovation.
We encourage diversity in industry and entrepreneurial experience by welcoming a variety of members under the same roof that have unique skill sets that they can provide to other community members.
Everything from the music playlist pumping throughout all three floors, to the lightning-fast internet speed, huge flatscreen TVs, custom ironwork staircase, amazing coffee, and state-of-the-art systems, it was all intentional to create a well-designed work environment with a well-curated work experience to wow and inspire our members and their clients from the moment they walk-in.

Being in the heart of the historic district, Think Tank knew they wanted to bring out the buildings natural beauty all while incorporating the most cutting-edge technology that one could expect to find in a modern workspace. They have 3 floors – The Hub Café (main), The Think Easy (top), and The Roots (ground) all with vaulted ceilings where we preserved and enhanced the original wood rafters and brick walls from the early 1900’s. Everything at Think Tank Cowork was intentionally designed to create a work environment with a well-curated work experience.

Both of their conference rooms feature the state-of-the-art Logitech Rally Plus conferencing system, 75” 4K TV display for presentations, ergonomic seating with lumbar support, glass whiteboards, lightning fast Wi-Fi and wired connections, and complimentary beverages.
