Located in the heart of downtown Lafayette, Confluence is within close walking distance to many wonderful, local coffee shops and restaurants. Start the day off with a pastry and specialty coffee from BREW, enjoy a delicious meal from Tandoori Kitchen for lunch, and end the day with happy hour at neighboring Romero's K9 Club.
Approximately 20 miles of great trails provide connections between neighborhoods, businesses, and other community destinations. Confluence supports alternative transportation by providing an EV Charging station in our lot as well as a bike rack out front. Members are also encouraged to utilize the RTD Park & Ride station, located adjacent to our location, that hosts routes to Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Erie, Longmont, and Louisville.
The Flex Pass: unlimited monthly desk reservations, 4 hours of private meeting room credits per month, discounts to local businesses, use of phone booths, and access to shared amenities such as the kitchen, lounge, and complimentary beverages. Plans start at just $130/month.
Dedicated Desk Membership: 24/7 access to a desk and chair in the shared workspace (optional upgrade available for an adjustable-height desk). Members receive 8 hours of private meeting room credits per month. Set up and leave your belongings, receive business mail, and access shared amenities such as the phone booths, kitchen, lounge, and complimentary beverages. Plans start at $275/month with a 6-month term agreement, or $300/month for a month-to-month term.

Meeting Rooms
Our Flex Meeting Space is great for workshops, seminars, and retreats. It can accommodate groups up to 50 attendees depending on configuration. A/V equipment and a large glass garage door.
The Large Conference Room accommodates groups up to 20 attendees in a modern, private setting. Equipped with large screen and whiteboards for hybrid, in-person, and remote attendee meetings.
The Collaboration Office is ideal for individuals or small groups of 1-4 people. Featuring a great mountain view, this private office on the second floor includes a meeting table, 50” monitor for screen sharing, large whiteboard, ethernet, and wifi.
Coworking Space
Confluence is Lafayette's first coworking location, founded in 2014 in a small, 750 square foot space. It has since grown into a 8,000 square foot building featuring private offices, open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, phone booths, event space, and more, housing a thriving community of members representing a wide range of professions.
