100% the best coworking/mailbox space in Manhattan. They have gone above and beyond during Covid to make sure we are safe, to ensure we are getting our mail delivered, and daily updates. I already loved this place since I signed up just over a year ago, and found the contract reasonable and readable (without any screw you over terms like other places), very reasonable cancellation terms, and everyone is friendly and provides excellent professional customer service. Now during COVID, the owner himself is sorting all of the mail and sending it directly to us if requested so that everyone can stay safe and home as needed. I am so impressed and proud to have chosen a real human company to work with. Will recommend those to everyone I know! My organization has rented from RGBC the last 2.5 years and we love it! Not only is the location central, but we have enjoyed the large office spaces, amenities, professional atmosphere and the amazing team at RGBC. We had previously rented from other co-working spaces in the city but as a telephonic company, we needed more space and privacy and RGBC was the perfect fit. I highly recommend them!

For more than two decades I have been a customer of various business centers in New York City and throughout the United States. The staff and services at 45 Rockefeller Center are easily the finest I have ever encountered anywhere. Alex in the mailroom, in particular, gives us a peace of mind that is irreplaceable. The address is one of the most famous in the world, and the RGBC suite lives up to all expectations for that location. Definitely worth the Five Stars.
